So today, I go to leave for my dentist appt. and to my shock my car dosent start. I have lights, radio, headlights, so Ive ruled out the batt. but I still have to get it tested at autozone as well as the alternator.

So far it seems like the starters the culprit.

I need a starter for a 2000 Maxima GLE. ASAP

So far Ive been quoted 450$ from the dealer for parts/labor.
320+tax from an independent shop for parts/labor

Anyone have an idea how hard it is to install a starter on these cars after removing the Airbox?

Anyone near the Springfield/Enfield areas of MA/CT willing to help for a fee
