F/S Cattman CAI and Y-pipe (3G) w/pics
Cattman cold air intake with used filter. 5+ @ the wheels. $125 + $25 UPS shipping. Paypal or cash.
Cattman Y-pipe, third and last generation of this pipe. 12+ @ the wheels. $150 + shipping to be determined. I'll package it myself to save, but it's an unusual shape for shipping.

That seems like an awefully short tube for a true cold air intake - ?? Is this a CAI or just an intake? You post a claimed 5+, my understanding for CAI's was more in the 15-25+ range. If this is a CAI, where does it draw air from, behind the front wheel well? Is that the entire intake or is the longer down tube not pictured?

That is the entire CAI. Different manufacturers, different lengths. You'll never get 15 hp with any CAI. When you remove the stock air filter housing there is a huge space left all the way through the engine compartment, that's where this draws air from. It was dynoed and the increase was at the wheels. Understand that is the measurement that counts. Crank hp is usually just a formula. Wheels is actually measured.

Y-pipe has less than 30k and even though winter doesn't matter with a stainless steel part, it has one. I think it may even have less milage because I put headers on shortly afterwards. BTW, I always keep my undercarriage washed because of the salt they use around here, so I know what you're worried about. Believe me, there's NO corrosion or even signs of corrosion on the pipe.

Cattman intake is gone. Still have the Injen with less than 200 miles on it. BTW, the discolorations you see on the Y-pipe are from HEAT, not from corrosion. The thing is stainless steel, which doesn't corrode. Anybody who's put an exhaust part on knows they change color within 20 miles because of the heat dispersion.

Bro, it came OFF a 5th gen, 2003. You can clearly see the port for the #2 bank O2 sensor in the pictures. Yes, it will fit and it will put fire in your OEM headers. That's what it was bolted to before I put headers on and it had to come out. Call Brian Catts at Cattman if you're unsure. He'll be happy to tell you.

There is no difference in the engine compartments in 5 and 5.5 gen. When you buy parts, you rarely hear 5.5 gen, except on certain body trim pieces. Essentially the drivetrain is the same.
