Yes. I have an auto ECU and am not running a TCM. So my ECU doesn't have a clue what transmission I am running. But you will get the two CAN bus error codes since the ECU is no longer communicating with the stock TCM.

By the way, I can't separate these parts and sell you just the ECU since it matches up with the NATS, key, and ignition. So you will need to buy everything together and sell what you don't need.
