post pics of this 25 dollar light. you should be able to blow dry it in a light socket and avoid baking it.

 

Problem is that it has a hidden chip in the edge of the lens where it meets the housing i believe and some dirty water got in. I should probably bake it myself... would be good practice for doing headlights down the line.
