Hey there, I have a used 8000k hid kit that i used on my maxima for a little while. Fits 2000-01 models and is a type 9003/h4 bulb I believe. It works 100% fine, literally 100% fine nad have never had any problems with it and is very bright and the output color only has a slight blueish tint to it, not that obnoxiously bright blue you mightve seen. I recently decided to switch to a different color temp so I don't need these any more.

So you get 2 ballasts, 2 blulbs, and the wiring harnesses that came with it that literally plugs right into your existing harness and voila you have hids. Takes literally 5 min to install.
