Keep in mind the below price is shipped no added charge if you are within the United States!(If Canada / Mexico the kit will be 6.50 extra.)

Another note if ordering a 5.5 Gen kit please specify 6 speed or Auto it does make a big difference in the kits mount points.

The price for the kit is $56.00 shipped using marine grade III 4 Gauge wire (Plain Black, Red, Yellow or Green) and $63.00 shipped for Stinger 4 Gauge HPM or PRO (HPM: Clear Silver, Island Blue or Carbon Grey) (PRO: Crimson Red or Translucent Black.)

Here are some examples of Stinger HPM Colors:

Clear Silver

Smoke Gray

Island Blue

Crimson Red

Here is an example of a Marine Grade III Wire kit:

Black

Here is my last thread about my kits.http://forums.maxima.org/5th-generat...round-kit.html

How long are the wires? Are they soldered, or just crimped and taped?

Length of the wires depends on the application. As a rule I try to make them as short as possible to minimize current resistance. They range from 16" to 9" in the 5th Gen line. The wires are crimped as solder just adds another metal which not only creates more electrical current resistance but puts yet another metal in the mix for electrolysis to take effect. The tinned strands and the nickel terminals assure that similar metals are in contact and hence, less corrosion will take place. Lead would just mess that balance up. The ends are shrink wrapped not taped.

another review

first thought after my easy install.............did my car just start very easy and come to idle super fast? yes, yes it did. my second thought was on the test drive..............WOW! my (rebuilt) auto trans did not just slam into second, third.

if you have not done this upgrade yet, please do so. simple install, and great results. i now have to order one for my girls 4th gen, just because she went on the test drive lol.

Bump.
These work well, at first you will think that the wires are too short, but I assure you they are the right length and will fit.

Any idea how long you'll be selling these? I'm in Clearwater, but I'm low on $$$. Really interested in this, everyone has good things to say about this upgrade

Yeah that's Final Fantasy at the bottom. It was the result of a personality type test I took. I actually don't have a paypal link you can PM me for details about how to order.
