Auto temperature control 00-01 (can work for 02-03)

It came out of a 01 Max it is in great condition with no major markings on it. Looking for 35 shipped obo. Here is a picture:

Have to replace the manual resistor with the automatic resistor (IIRC, the auto resistor runs $75-80 compared to the manual which runs about $30...) and I think some various wire splicing. Not totally sure to be honest, though.

only one person ever did this in the whole forum. and for what i can remember he payed a shop to do it for him .
