WTB PRI and Frankencar Catback

My plans have changed, and I'm now looking into the 3'' cattman-the sound is incredible

So as of now I'm looking for a Place Racing Cold Air Intake. I realize that this is a highly saught after item but figured i'd post here rather than checking daily to see if one pops up. LMK via PM or through this thread, thanks.

I do like it, but paired with the y-pipe I feel like it's a bit too loud for the amount of driving I do. I'd like to get the frankencar because it's supposed to be much quieter.

Good luck finding a frankencar...but your reasons are exactly why I wanted one. I only got the axleback, but when I bolted it up to the stock exhaust, I feel like my exhaust got even quieter haha. When I spoke to Brian Catts about it at Maxus 10, he described the frankencar as "the black hole of sound" haha. He also did mention that they're very restrictive...not sure if that helps your interest or not, just figured I'd share. But I do enjoy mine...still pretty quiet even with a test pipe and no resonators...2.5" piping from the test pipe to the muffler. If quiet is what you're looking for it should be perfect for you

Thanks for the input, I didn't realize it was so restrictive.

Heard some of the 3'' cattman videos and yowzas, the note is incredible. I think I'm gonna go that route instead

Why not just go for the PR style CAI from eGay? Can be had for approximately $60.

I have a PRI, but it wont be up for sale for another 3 mos or so. When I get back to the states, and have my S/C'er installed I should have it up for sale. If I remember, and if you are still in the market for one, Ill hit you up, with pics and price.
