TN FS: Used Progress Lowering Springs
FS: Used Progress Lowering Springs
I've got a set of lightly used Progress springs laying around that aren't being used now that I've switched to coilovers. (Pics tomorrow!)
For those unfamiliar with the Progress springs, they provide (about) a 1.7" drop in the front, and 1.5" drop in the rear. I thought they gave the car a nice stance, but decided I wanted something a little lower.
The springs have about 15k on them. Only used for daily driving, never saw any track use. They're still in very good shape. I'll clean them up before shipping as they're a little dusty. There's some minor, minor surface rust between some of the coils (minor as in I can scrape it off with my finger nail), but I'm sure a quick coat of primer/paint would completely eliminate the issue.
The ride is not uncomfortable, but not completely smooth either. It's a pretty aggressive drop for springs, so if you're looking for smooth and comfortable, you'll need to go elsewhere (or keep your OEMs...
). But then again, I was also riding on stock SE struts with these, so I'm sure that didn't help my situation much.
Looking to get $130 + shipping for these. I've even got the original box laying around somewhere if the buyer really wants it.
I'm in no rush to sell these, so feel free to make an offer, but please don't try to lowball me. Thanks for looking.
