GI: Carbon fiber wrapped Trim pieces
I'm not done yet but I hope to by Monday of next week with the Epoxy resin setting and polyurethane outer coating. Here is the shifter surround piece it still needs a sanding, extra coat of epoxy and polyurethane cover coat but it looks pretty decent now:

Hopefully interest is high and I can get a trade going on all the trim pieces for +$120 on my end. If that pans out I will do another in Real CF for sale for a manual and a Silver texalium one after that. Since the task is labor intensive I will most likely stop after that. I will do a write up on the next do round.

sweetness! I would be interested in getting rid of the full woodgrain kit in place of some CF. Trades for woodgrain + cash?? If not I have another shifter trim and window switch covers if you want to make me the guienna pig.
what other pieces you looking to do when you say this? id send you mine, but its fiberglassed so its kinda...different..but id be interested in wrapping that ...\

I am doing all the door switches and the shift bezel basically all the parts that are wood grain on the GLE Model. I could do more but I like the piece to look like they belong and not over do the CF.

I mean that the CF is real not a "CF simulated wrap" or graphite texalium. There will still be plastic underneath. As far as working with texalium working with CF is a ***** and I expect texalium will not be any better. However, I have learned some tricks of the trade that will be useful in my experience.
