WTB: Preloaded Struts?

so last week i cracked a spring, and im still debating what i want to do. right now im leaning toward preloaded bolt-on assemblies.

ill definitely need to buy either...
-- two OEM preloaded assemblies (Fronts). please let me know if they are SE or GLE/GXE springs.
-- a set of four aftermarket strut/spring combos. ideally, eibach/tokico blues, but im open to a range.

PM me with what you have. i probably will be looking for these to get shipped by Friday, so keep that in mind if you want to be in the running.

Same here. Don't know what you mean by pre-loaded but I have the OEM fronts and rears.

i think he's looking for a complete drop in, he doesn't want to use a spring compressor to put springs in. he just wants to R&R it.

loaded and preloaded are probably the same, just slightly different terms... strut, spring, retaining cups, hardware, etc. full drop-in for a quick R&R.

correct, i dont want to use the compressor on a broken spring, it would be my first time using it, and the spring looks like its still got weight on it -- its broken fairly close to the hub...
plus id rather just drop replacements in since its freaking COLD up here right now... not that you NM guys would know...

and not interested in rears only -- i need fronts only, or all four if theyre aftermarket.

Call up A&B Auto salvage - 1-800-346-6318 they got like 4 pairs, tell 'em it's for a 2000 Maxima not an '02. They want $75 a piece, I wouldn't pay more than $85 for both, they've been sitting on 4 pairs & they know they aren't going to sell 8 maxima struts soon.

Car-part.com my brotha'

Edit, chuck & eddies has a bunch for $45, I've dealt with them in the past, had them ship an ECU to me & it was a good deal, I think they do a lot on E-bay

yeah i called them yesterday to be sure its not a bare strut. sounds like its the real deal. im probably ordering them in about an hour since no one else has anything -- much to my surprise.

oh well. C&E is 5 mins down the road from me, and i doubt id beat the price by much. oh, and car-part had them listed as just "struts" which could mean anything... wasnt sure.
