Electronic Flasher for LEDs

This is a brand new electronic flasher designed to correct hyperflash in cars that have low draw LED flashers installed in them. This part is a direct fit for the 2000 to 2003 Maxima. I am looking for $5.50 shipped or best offer. Here is a pic of the actual item being sold:

I am kinda confused. Is this a flasher for your brake lights for when you hit you brakes? Kinda of like the ones they sell for motorcycles?

No it's a turn signal flasher. If you use LEDs with your stock one it will hyper-flash this unit corrects that phenomenon.

Does it produce a clicking sound as well? If so im probably gonna buy it.
