The main reason these are still for sale is the fact that your not willing to use paypal. I understand that your papal account is suspended but it is one the most popular and reliable forms of payment. tsi1991awd has some explaining to do because I sent money on 3/9 for these and I received a tracking number that never was scanned in to UPS. I called the number registered with Dwolla and it was changed/disconnected. I will be contacting the Dwolla fraud department to begin the arbitration process unless I either receive the coilovers today, or $500 magically appears in my account. $500 is not chump change and I hope for his sake he's not trying to scam me.

Scammers dont have it easy these days. I filed a dispute with Dwolla so we'll see if they're able to reverse the transaction. Additionally, since he has potentially scammed two or more people, we can file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) which is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), funded in part by the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). Criminal prosecution will ensue for this individual if franklinrican and I are not contacted by the end of today with full details on refunding our money. Giving back our money is better than going to jail.

 

I opened a DWOLLA account just to buy these. Was in contact with seller all along, then asked him to call me directly prior to me depositing, then I never heard back from him again...

but after this guy rejected paypal - deal was over for me, although I did transactions on the other forums using Dwolla, this much money was never on the stake
