Hey guys I bought these from him using paypal and had to file a dispute because he told me his account was locked and I had to wait a month. Luckily I got my money back...this is the info I have on him.

Posted this in another thread I started as well...apologies. I just want to get the word out. Spent most of yesterday eve filing dispute to dwolla. Apparently he's just about worn out his welcome there too because the cust/supp rep knew the member name...WTF! Anyway waiting for response and if I get my money back I may not go after this dueche bag. Nonetheless, here is what I have:

He accepted payment at i30beast@yahoo.com and the persons name on the dwolla account is a one 'Rachelle Roslie' based out of WA. I checked and the name holds true based out of WA (there were 2 of them there). If I don't get my money, I know where to start.

And the dirt bag may still be lurking because as of yesterday his account was still active and he had activity as recently as late last week.

GTFOOH!!!!! YOU PIECE OF $#!t!!!!!!

I couldn't find what I was looking for BUT I did find an address that is in Auburn, WA right off the 167 near the Auburn airport, and about 15 south of the Renton airport.........

 

oh man I swear I was in talks with this dude to buy the coilovers...

Nevermind waiting. I'm sure this guy wont look here. I already filed a complaint with the IC3. We'll see how far they get with it. I talked to Dwolla and they'll give whatever information the police ask for so as long as they'll throw some resources at it, this guy may actually be held accountable for his crimes. Internet fraud is a felony.

Filed a complaint with IC3 this evening and calling the POPO in WA tomorrow...attorney is on stand-by as well. Justin do the right thing and give me and all affected our money back. This will not turn out good for you...over a couple bucks you are jeopardizing your future and potentially your wellbeing. Stupid is as stupid does.
