This will fit all 5th and 5.5 Gens.
This kit was in my car for about 18 months and is still in mint condition. The hot lead wire is indeed fused with a 150A midi fuse and the kit is set up to work with a stock car so you do not have to alter anything to install this kit. I am looking for $32 shipped anywhere in the US for the kit. PM me if you are interested. Here is a couple of pics of the kit in the car:
