WTB Motor mount

Looking to my manual motor mount so I can put my ES Poly mounts on my auto!

I've got both the OEM AT units, and from what I recall, one of them is the same as the MT, this would be the rear, correct?

If so, I've got one.

I have automatic motor mounts that came out of the car when it had 189,000 km
