it works. but it only works when you roll them up using the "AUTO" roll-up feature.

the auto feature is when you pull the switch *all the way up* the 2 front windows will continue to roll up even after you let go.

if you only pull the switch half way up the window will only roll up as long as you are pressing the button. and the safety feature the salesman showed you will not work if you do it like this.

Try sticking your head in there to see if that would cause it to stop and then go down.

hmm i actually didn't know there was this safety feature for the max auto up. But good to know.
Also if you guys didn't know there is an auto down with the keypad by holding down unlock button the front 2 windows roll down.
auto up - put the key in the door and hold it in the lock position and the 2 front windows will roll up.
This might be common knowledge but i didn't know myself until reading it on this forum.

Is the safety feature when you pull the AUTO roll up on the switch or if you hold the key in the door on lock? Or is it both?

it only works when it puts pressure on something that is obstructing its path. its not like a garage door that has a laser beam that makes the garage door go up if the beam is broken. it will put a bit of pressure on your arm (or anything in its way) before it rolls back down.

be sure that you are using the auto up. the window should be rolling up on its own. you should only have to hit the switch and let go.
