Best way to pull out minor dents.

I have a minor dent on the edge of my rear fender. What is the best way to pull out the dents with regular tools?

go inside the trunk and try to push it out with your fist

that's what I did with the dent on my driver's door (once I took off the door panel)

If you can't get it out yourself, you can try paintless dent removal it pretty reasonable around here ($70.00 per panel).

I am sure you all have seen the guy on TV selling that OXY CLEAN stuff. Just last week i saw him advertising this DENT FIXER/PULLER. Has anyone else seen it? I think it's bogus. He claims that it will get out most dents or money back. It looks like a next generation plunger,,,,
