Turning radius

Is there a safe way to decrease my turning radius? I have a 2k2 se now and its horrible to try and park anywhere. My 95 SE was great!

yeah, chop off your car a little bit and make it shorter..

just kidding...it's not that bad with stock suspension and wheels..try turning on lowered suspension and 19s for a change..

Its funny, since I put my Maxspeeds on a couple of days ago it seems like my turning radius got better.

i believe chinkzilla took off some screws that was preventing his wheels from turning any further. You should ask him.

Someone suggested that the screws are there to prevent us all from tearing up our rubber CV boots. I looked at the boots yesterday while changing oil, wheel turned far to one side..

..the boots are a pretty stiff material, not as rubbery as I remember on my 93 max. I would venture a guess and say they won't last as long without the steering stop.

I'd like to remove the stops as well, but won't now that I've seen the hard outer boots.
