how hard is it to make both of the sidemarkers blink w/ the turn signal?

how does it work at night? are they just on and when you put your turn signal on do they just shut off and on and off and on? or are they not on at night unless you put your turn signal on? maybe we can rewire to make it fit double filament bulbs...not sure though...i'd like to make both sidemarkers as turn signals, that would look good

 

If I remember correctly, Mingo's lights alternated when he signaled. When the signal light is on, the clears are off (and vice versa).
