Anyone else have their taillights begin to crack on an '02?
I have had my car for less than a month and the taillights are beginning to crack near where they line up with the trunklid. Very weird.
I went back to the dealer and the service manager said he needs the manufacturer rep look at the lights before he can do anything. Anybody ever deal with the Rep before? what was the outcome?

I think
they were cracked from day one and its now getting worse. There is nothing about the mounting which would crack them. They tighten down to a stopping point, so that shouldnt be an issue.. but when putting them in, if you dont let the sealant get out of the way (slowly), you could easily push them too hard and crack them. wouldnt be the first time the factory did something *like* this.
