y-pipe decison time

aiite im thinkn about gettn a y-pipe soon, but i dont wanna spend 400 on cattman or stillen...so i was wondering if anybody has a warpspeed y-pipe...also, of course the site is gonna praise the y-pipe, but does it really perform...im not looking at the best y-pipe, but juss something to help out my low end power...also, there are like 4 types:

Non-Mandrel Bent Y-pipe

Aluminized Steel "Y" pipe
1) 100-103 NMB Maxima All-Models fed/CA 1999.5-2001 $195.00

Mandrel Bent Y-pipe

Aluminized "Y"
2)100-103 Maxima All-Models fed/CA 1999.5-2001 $225.00
304 SS TIG "Y"
3) Maxima All-Models fed/CA 1999.5-2001 $299.00
304 SS MIG "Y"
4) Maxima All-Models fed/CA 1999.5-2001 $275.00

i dont know much about mandrel bent, but for 200, the non-mandrel bent looks really good...basically, what would be the 'best bang for the buck' from those 4 choices? and any clarification on what that stuff means would help too...thanks guys

mandrel bent gives a more equal flow of exhuast through out the pipe. if it is pressure bent it wont flow as easy and restrict in certain areas. thus causing less hp gains.

i'm planning on trying to get a warpspeed MB aluminized ypipe as soon as they decide to make them for the 5th gens...

i need to call them tomorrow and see how their progress is coming. last i talked to them, as an FYI, there were no 5th gen ypipes, not even 2k-2k1...

ONLY Stillens' is currently available.

Cattmans' and WSP(Yeah for over a 1-1/2 yrs.!) are under development. I can tell you Cattmans' NEW fabricator just started production of the 4th gens., but not the 5th gens.. The quality of the 4th gens. is AWESOME. 304 SS, MANDREL-BENT, laser cut flanges with inset gasket grooves, longer 8" flex section with NO possibility of mesh lining failure, and a perfectionist for a fabricator/welder. Definitely worth the $350 or whatever he's selling them for in the FS-forum once they're available.

Everyone should call/email Cattman to get the ball rolling FASTER. Hopefully, I'll make it this weekend to his fabricators' shop to finish up the FSTB and I'll see what progress has been made for the 5th gens..
