now this i do not know, but what is the intake side lift and duration and the exhaust side lift and duration for the cams that are in most 5th gens (exlcuding 2k2 and newer) im mainly refering to the VQ30DE motor. also does any1 know if the cylinder heads on the JDM version of the VQ, the VQ30DET is a stronger peice or its just the interanls like the pistons and rods that are differant. any info would be appriciated and yes i did search, thanx.

 

Cam height for VQ30DET:
Intake 43.940 - 44.130 mm
Exhaust 44.465 - 44.655 mm

 

also if any here know (i doubt it though) the rocker arm ratio and the width of the intake and exhaust valves. talk about a hard question huh, i coundt find any info. comon some1 here has to know this. and thanx mdeal atleast i know the lift of the cams on the det motor now.

thanx for the info ill try to PM him, its just that when some1 asks too technical of a question no1 knows whats goin on. 99% of the people here only have info on bolt-ons. yeah it help alot but still a bit more is needed sometimes.

 

Valve head diameter:
Intake 36.0 - 36.3 mm
Exhaust 31.2 - 31.5 mm

The engine does not employ rocker arms.
