promblem shifting to 1st and 2nd

i was at a stop light and tried to shift to 1st and the stick got real stiff and just wouldn't go, 2nd was the same , i finaly go it in 1st and 2nd though the throws were still stiff ,then the problem just went away. anybody have this problem?,i just switched to redline gear oil .

I had a little trouble shifting into 2nd for awhile . . .

But the problem went away when I changed to Redline MT-90. Are you using MT-90 or MTL?

It say gear oil on the front and api-gl-5 sae 75w90

Tranny Oil is GL-4 not GL-5. Also I have that problem too every now and then, happins when its cold outside and the gears are a little stiff until the car warms up.
