My daughter reversed my Max INTO THE DRIVEWAY FENCE.
Amazingly I didn't kill her or my wife. Even more amazing this detail place removed the entire horrible unsightly mark wit isopropyl, or something, plus wax. Seams OK.
My wife thinks I am psycho. My daughter is a signed up member of maxima.org

 

I'm the same way about car care. My wife treats our cars as well as she can, I mean she does care too. If something does happen, I know it was a genuine accident, not lack of regard. I'm totally cool about it because I know she was 1) really upset about it already and 2) upset because I would be unhappy about it. I try not to add to that. I'd really only be angry if a stranger hit my car in a parking lot or something like that.

 

You guys have it made. My boyfriend was taking two of his buddies and myself to a wedding. One of their rental cars was parked about 12 feet behind the Max, and for some reason, I even said "Hey - don't forget so-and-so's car is behind us". Ka-bam. Small perf in rear bumper. No offer to fix it and a half-*** condescending apology (the kind of sneer you get from people that do not understand your love of your car or your preference for car care). It's been almost a year, and that is still on my top 10 list of things that **** me off.

His car is not a priority to him, but if I ever even dinged it, it would be at DentDoctor in a flash, followed by several hours of apology waxing and detailing. Of course, it would the first wash it ever had.....

Augh.
