Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences? I ordered AE door sills about 2 weeks ago. They e-mailed me a day later saying that they are on back order. I sent them an follow up e-mail this past Friday asking for an expected arrival date and they haven't gotten back to me!

if it's on backorder it means they don't have a clue when the expected ship date is.

I ordered sills from there a while ago, it came out to $48 shipped. I received my sills in less then a week. So I had a great experience with them!

I ordered my AE sills from them 3 weeks ago. They are very slow in responding to emails. I fired off a pretty nasty one, and got 3 responses in one day. Its due for delivery tomorrow. They even upgraded my shipping to 3 day. I wouldn't call it a positive experience, but it's coming ...

Same here. They are probably on back order seeing as how they priced them lower than other places that sell them.

Negative

I ordered my sills a while back. Three of them came in their proper packing with protective coating and in perfect shape. The fourth was not in the little bag they come in and had no coating on the chrome and it had several dents in the chrome part. I contacted them 3 times over the phone after they failed to ever respond to my email. Finally they said they would ship the new one to me as soon as they got it. That was a month ago, still no replacement sill. I am going to email them again today.

There are stress cracks where the deflector screws down and it's getting worse.

I actually got all my stuff in yesterdays mail.

Thanks for the complement

Well , since Maximadave and Kloogy got their sills, hopefully I'll get mine sometime in the next day or so. Hopefully they will respond to the heated e-mail I sent them.

I think they were backordered a while ago. I just got mine yesterday and after detailing my car this morning I put the sills in. They look awesome. You should get yours anyday....

Hey, last time I checked, they didn't offer AE pedals on the website. I emailed them about it, but they never responded. How much did you get them for? Is it cheaper than Custommaxima.com?

Thanks

I ordered my door sills and they sent me a UPS tracking number the day after. But my order didn't arrive on the day that UPS said it should, so I waited 3 more days and still nothing. I called UPS and they told me to contact the seller to get a trace on the package. After talking to them, they said that they would just send out another set of sills. The day after they sent me another UPS tracking number and my sills got here on time.
So, I guess it was good. UPS was to blame more than them. By the way, the door sills look great!

It has a tab that is totally out of alignment with the stock holes ! I am going to email these pices of sh!!t tonight, and if they dont send me one that does, I will post a flame job for them on this board like they have never seen. settle down klooger I mean you can't put the blame them for the defect they don't make the sills. yea the shipping thing taking forever is another story but as far as a defect in a sill plate its not there fault unless they actually make them at the dealership. I'm sure they will send you a new one with no problems. I don't blame you I would be ****ed too I am having second thoughts about ordering from these people now.

Custommaxima.com has them for a little cheaper, than courtesy, but I'm still looking for the BEST price.

I don't know about you guys, but I think Nissan-accessories.com prices are a little steep. $52 for a K&N filter? $21 for wheel locks? I KNOW you can get those for much cheaper than that. Ever try getting up from your computer to go shopping for these items? A little exercise never hurt, especially for a better price,

They just emailed me back and want to know why im upset...?? They said they wil expedite one to me promptly, but if they told NYC2SD, that they are back ordered ... How will I be getting it promptly !

My beef with them is that if something is on backorder have the COURTESY to let me know !
