Pining noise

Hey guys, I just tuned my car last night (new NGKS) When I was driving to work I noticed a ticking in 2nd gear that goes away when I let of the gas.It could be bad gas? lifter? I get no noise in 1st at hard accel. I stopped and filled it up with $20 of super and some stp horsepower boost and I will see. I am going to do a oil change tonight. Do any of you guys know of any other opinions?
Thanks!

Check the oil level, check that you've torqued everything right,

An engine noise should be rpm specific no matter what gear you are in. See what it sounds like after the oil change. And you might want to get your oil analyzed.

pinging

Be sure your spark plug wires are secure. Years ago I inadvertently left one loose and the pinging was from the plug shorting to the wire.
