Gears Grinding - Anyone Else?

Lately i've been having a problem with what feels like my transaxle gears GRINDING before i punch it. I have a 2K auto and i don't punch it all the time, but every once and a while you just gotta hammer it home. Even from a dead stop, or from a roll, if i punch it, it sounds like my gears grind for a second or two before they catch. It's very noticeable. Do any others of you have this problem? Is it the tranny(which shifts fine and had a fluid change recently-mobil 1-) or my transaxle? I have 33k miles on my car and i'd like to get the dealer to fix it if i still can. Would like some more info if anyone's come across this problem before. Thanks.....

sounds like your clutchplates might be fried... i'm not too sure.. but it could be a possibility. imo dont' use any other fluid in the tranny cept for redline or nissan oem stuff.
