What are wheel spacers?
i keep reading a lot of posts about them...i've heard from some people that they are a cheap $20 thing to add and i've heard from others (yoitsok) that they cost $120 or 96 through him (something like that)...what exactly do they do? i have eibachs...will i notice a substancial difference if i get them? i'd just like to know if they are worth the $100 or should i get some tokicos first? i don't want my wheels to stick out like some beater cars around here...is this an easy installation or is this something that i will need to have done professionally?

Wheel spacers
What they are are for your rims. Sometimes, when you buy rims and they are not wide enough, you can add a wheel spacer to push the whole rim outward, to give it a more full look. If the wheel is more narrow, it will be farther in and some people like it when the rim is flush with the rest of the car and not indented.
On the other hand...
Most wheel manufacturers and distributors frown on wheel spacers. In addition to the issue of the bolts (which the H&R kit seems to adequately address), the wheel needs to properly be mounted onto the hub. This is the same issue as to why you need hubcentric inserts when buying aftermarket wheels.
