Window Tint on 2001 Sterling Mist

I need some help.

I am really seriously thinking about tinting my windows. The problem is that I don't see any 2001 Sterling Mist SE in NJ with the window tints to even see what it looks like. I tried the search engine on this site and I also tried looking at posts for anyone that has this color with the tints. Of course as luck would have it - I can't find anything.

I know that NJ has tinting laws with regards to the what percentage you can tint, I am not worried about that now - I just want to see what the car looks like first.

So, if any with this color can post a picture or a link of your car with your tints it would appreciated.

Also, if you have any tinting suggestions to go along with - that would also be appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Robyn

I've got my 2k2 SM tinted. I can't explain how necessary it is, especially in the summer. Plus, it looks cool as hell. I've got 20% all around, front driver/pass. too. Go for it, you'll enjoy the look and the coolness in your car as well.

pics of my car tinted, grey lustre...dunno if that'll help, but at least you can see the quality of work done....i had it done at tropic tint in Union, NJ, and believe me, lotta people have good things to say about the professionalism of the work. i'm loving the job they did 100%. only 1 annoying thing...i had to wait a month for my appointment....i believe the latest is a 2 week waiting period.

PM me or email me if you got any ?'s about these guys...

Living in Arizona, it's so funny for me to hear people outside this state "considering" tint. It is a MUST have here.

I had a friend move out here from Pittsburgh and when he got here, he tinted his windows. As soon as he got it done, he dragged me out to his car and was so excited about it- like he had never seen a tinted window before. I was like...."Uh yeah dude- Looks good."

Yo! I say get it done. I did(35% Llumar's). Wish i went darker, maybe 25% because i've got frost leather interior. Still looks light to me, but if you have darker interior it may appear/look darker once it's done.

Check locally with people who had it done and try to look at different %'s and interior's if possible.

rntmax02....looks good. I have the same tint, except I have the 28%. I actually wanted the 35, but the guy talked me out of it because he said it appear REALLY light with my white/frost color combo. I'm really happy with it though. Turned out real nice, just a shade darker than I wanted....but I'm sure I'll get over it!

Thanks.. I added a few more pics to the album that the link is for. I have frost leather too. Mine is 35% all around. I have noticed it seems lighter now that the moisture has all dried out. It is the look I was wanting though. Darker than stock but not blacked out
