A Sad Day At The jjames House....

This is OT, but I thought I'd share. I just sold my '95 Accord. I really like that car. 116,000 miles without a single problem. I could've had a lot of fun modding that car. But, only have a 2 car garage - no room for 3 cars.

Oh well. I hope the Max lives up to the Accord's realiability.

MANDATORY 5TH GEN CONTENT: I think I'll order a Cattman y-pipe next week. (That should keep Maxtig off my ****.)

what kind of Ypipe are you getting, I would highly recommend the Stainless Steal one since I have it and have taken it through snow and what not and the pipe looks the EXACT same the day i got it.

Maybe you should sell him yours, since you'll be needing the 3" version soon.

If you car is cali-spec, then buy CISCOs from the For Sale forum for like $250. Very good deal i might add. He might still have it.

You could always wait for "WARPED" Speed.

BTW, what type of cooling are you going with? Intercooler? WI? Vortech Aftercooler(You'd be the FIRST!)?

Lets work on getting the s/c installed. I want to do a Intercooler, but trying to figure out where to put it. And get it installed correctly. The lower valence only gives like 4" height of cooling.

Sounds like a plan. I know I'm not a SC experienced guru like Kev or anything, but if you need help researching or bouncing ideas, I'd be glad to help. I'm living through you guys modding, so I'll help all I can.

BTW, I'll keep pestering you about the aftercooler so you don't forget to explore that option.

I think it's a far better option than hassling with getting custom intercooler tubing bent and cutting up the car. Looks VERY simple to install. I've only seen one in person though.

Threadjacking is a common occurrence with Maxtig around. You see, BigDog, he is an insecure person who will do anything for attention. Even if it means negative attention.

There's medication and peer groups out there for you Maxtig....seriously. Don't spill your emotional problems all over the internet.

What are you talking about? You make no sense. I have seen ONE close-up picture of the INOX wheel with about 6 inches of fender gap on a sunlit sand Max.

By the way, your car will never be "BETTER" than mine. Why? Because I like everything that I have done to my car. See, Maxtig, you are so insecure that you believe you must judge others based on what pop culture tells you is "cool" and "not cool". So there really is no "better" or "best" when it comes to cosmetic modifications. TO EACH THEIR OWN. I like my car. You like yours. Kloogy's is Maxima of the month. YOUR'S ISN'T.

The two of you need to take it offline and off this board. Yall are threadjack a threadjacked thread. You cant threadjack a threadjack.

That is like stealing a car waiting at a light, and then someone else steals it from you.

Like our threadJACK wasn't bad enough!

Yes, it's air-to-water and it would come with everything. One problem, they do NOT make if for the Max, yet! I'm working on Cattman and his possible Vortech SC kit supposedly coming in December, so maybe he can convince Vortech. Any kind of straight through Universal kit would work though.

The Aftercoolers' radiator is mounted in front of the main radiator and has it's own water pump and reservior for water/ice/coolant. I'm betting you can EASILY mount the aftercooler right where the stock intake scoop used to be inbetween the exit of the SC and the TB. A section of the SC tubing between the SC exit and the TB will have to be cut to fit the Aftercooler.
