My friend just quit his job at TRW (an aerospace company) and bought his own CNC machine. Now I have the world of custom machined parts at my finger tips! I can make anything metal now, UDP, flywheels, brake parts, battery tie downs, you name it.

This may be somewhat mundane, but I would really like a drilled aluminum dead pedal to match the others. That vinyl piece is really annoying. Oh yeah, it has to match the factory look.

Here's one i'm sure you'll get a lot of buyers for...

How about a metal bracket of sorts that goes on top of the HID casing/mounting bolts? Seeing that most stolen HID's are done by cutting off the plastic bracket it might make sense to couple TimW's special screws with a metal bracket that covers or extends beyond the plastic holders.

That's a damn good call. That and 5g chrome rings as getting a hold of them is a serious challenge.

Sign me up for a flywheel. Another good idea would be headers.

It's already here on the 350Z Track model and upcoming G35 coupe, maybe other models too. They are the SAME pedals as the AE for the gas, brake, and clutch, so you couldn't ask for a better match. Now, only if DAVEB could get his hands on one for me.

The parts list doesn't have it yet, but it's got to be coming out any day now. As soon as DAVEB can get one, you'll hear about it.

I second the vote for the billet/chrome top radiator supports and how about matching reservior caps to get rid of the FUGLY brake, windshield washer, etc... yellow plastic caps.

A 72mm MAFS with pre-drilled wholes for the MAFS guts. I think SR20DEN wants one too. Word on the street is it will help lean the over rich 2002's mixture and give better low end and quicker throttle response.

A 2002 aluminum flywheel would be nice too, after I blow out my clutch I will be in the market for one.

I would like billet radiator support brakets too.

And of course a complete pulley set up would be awesome! I'm talking water pump, Alternator and AC pulleys. These would probably be a good seller especialy if there are half decent gains.

Let us know what you decide

Some type of bolt-on front lower tie bar would be nice. Also a good billet aluminum short throw shifter.

Gauge rings or bezel would be tight! How about some door sills and a full set of pedals (acc, brake, clutch, dead), so we have something to choose from besides just the AE?

And new GRILLE!!!!

Hey Brian, sounds good, I'm going to need some custom parts for the MP62 Eaton Supercharger that I want to custom built for my max, pm me when ever you have time maybe we can team up and built the S/C in collaboration. The part I will needs are:

Belt tensioner
Bracket to fit the S/C
S/C inlet & outlet adaptor to fit on MP62
3" tubing to bring air to the S/C and to the trottle body

Let me know what you think.

Hey Brian, I'm still debating about goin with Vortech V2 or Eaton MP62, in both case I need to custom fabricate an S/C Bracket and put on a kit. Eaton will deliver me a custom made MP62 S/C with my own specifications. I know it's feasable and I will prove it if I can find the right partners or colaborators anyway pm me your coordinate I will give you a shout.

Cheers

I've been waiting for aluminum gauge bezel for the 5th gen!!! AP-Signworks says they are getting them soon, but that was a month ago. I've been waiting for one so I can put my chrome gauge rings in at the same time.

I'll even use my gauge bezel as the template and be the guinea pig!
