Spec-V

I keep telling my friend who has a spec that he needs to do an engine swap with one of these engines. Is that even possible?

Doubt there's enough room in the engine bay for the 3.5ltrV6.
And it would be ridiculously expensive!
He'd be better off having a custom turbo and the like built; probably cost less to,
unless he could do the whole swap himself...and not be bothered by not having a car for a year(or more).

Even if you could shoe-horn the 3.5L into the nose of a Sentra, I would think the car would too nose heavy. Turbo or SC will keep the weight the same and get you to the same HP with minimal $$$.
