My favorite mod so far: Enkei RPM2 wheels

OK. So, I've had the Max for 2 weeks (well, not even that. It won't be a full 2 weeks until the weekend).

So far I've added AE Door sills, factory fog lamps (my 2K GXE didn't have them), clear corners (in the garage; will be installed this weekend), Stillen FSTB, AE Engine cover (total dress up only; forgive me), Auto Dash alumninum dash kit and these: 18x8 Enkei RPM2s with 245/40 Yokohoma AVS db tires. Heck, I even added one of those dark Maxima logos the SEs have (but I didn't put the SE logo on; I'm not trying to pose).

So, here are pictures of the rims:

Back:

My car is Gray Lustre and the color of the rims is (IMO) absolutely sick. The car looks completely sinister. When the tint comes on and the springs go in, I think it's going to look completely evil. Which is nice.

The next phase will include a Stillen Y pipe, springs, tint and a Hose Techniques kit. I don't normally post these "Here's my stuff" threads but I can't help it this time. Bear with me.

hmmm... I guess someone bought the Hyper Black rims. The Hyper Silver ones look better IMHO. (see my sig)

BigDog: You're right about the wheel gap. But, the springs are coming. Just trying to decide between the Eibachs (which I have on another car) and the H&Rs (which I've never had but hear they ride a little better and closer to stock than the Eibachs).

Stereodude: I think the pictures are a little misleading. They don't look that completely black. I'll take better pics during the day.

Put some tire black on those tires. Gezzzzz.. And whats with your wheel wells? They look so dirty and brown. Wash them and put some dressing up in there. (black em out) Will make the 4x4 look less noticeable.

I agree, your rims are not supposed to be blacker than your wheels

Man, you guys are tough.

I haven't clean the car in the 2 weeks I've owned. And my garage is really dirty to that's why the tires look so bad. They picked up dust and stuff as I was rolling them around to put on. Next time, I'll fix in Photoshop so it's less noticable.

One other thing: The Max is sitting on pretty uneven gravel/dirt in those pics so the back wheel gap looks smaller than the front. But it's not really (or wouldn't be on flat ground).
