The never ending search for ponies
I was watching Horse Power TV this morning and in uprating to a CAI and HI-Flow muffler, they also did the following:
-uprated the fuel regulator 10 psi to take advantage of the extra air
-uprated the ignition system
Does changing these not add any HP value for our 2K/2K1's or 2K2's?
I ask because I've not seen these mentioned in combination with the air intake or muffler mods?

The fact that the car they tested was a lot older helps the situation as well.

Thanks for the reply soundmike,
But it doesn't really answer the question.
Is it because of our ECU re-adjusting why max's don't need an uprated fuel regulator?
And that would bring up the question of fuel regulator PSI uprating value if it did need one. Our stock one is rated @ 45 psi if I remember correctly?
Anyone know the details of why, sr20den?
