What is your annual income?

Just out of curiosity...if you made like $50,000 even or $75,000 even or $100,00 even which group would you fall into? Shouldn't it be:
< 24,999
25,000 - 49,999
50,000 - 74,999
75,000 - 99,999
100,000 +
not trying to be a pr!ck, but i don't want the poll to be srewed up on the acount of mistaken variables.
< 24,999
25,000 - 49,999
50,000 - 74,999
75,000 - 99,999
100,000 +

sorry to say asu174, but people that are on a yearly salary DO INDEED make exactly those amounts. I have a few friends that are on salary and make $50,000 EXACTLY. Why do you find that so impossible? And yes, you are right, it is one dollar, but that ONE dollar will totally screw the ENTIRE POLL if people that fall in that EXACT dollar amount don't know what catagory to select. I guess because I am an accountant I am very particular with numbers but i would suggest changing the poll if you want accurate results. Just a little advice man.

Okay. To appease Pmas, please use his guidelines if you happen to make EXACTLY these amounts. But I'm not deleting the poll now...too many people have voted already.

These results are interesting. I am shocked at the number of $100K+ income levels in here. I was expecting almost everyone to fall in the $50K-$75K and $75K-$100K categories.
I'm guessing that all of you <$25K guys are students that are driving cars that your parents hooked you up with........

Wow....$100K+
You guys must have the Max around for a BEATER, so you don't have to drive the AMG SL55 to the grocery store.
I voted based on LAST years pay, since the FUKIN BS economy downturn excuse robbed me of my annual raise, so I'm making less this year than last year withOUT my signing bonus.
Oh well, hopefully come Feb. they make up for it. Yeah right!

Actually I drive my Max as my beater while my Bentley Azure with my Davin 20's is getting Clay barred every other week. I try to keep my Gucci interior as spotless as I can. Im just dying for Prada to make my new floor mats for it !

I know. Like I said "I'm weird". I was actually making enough monthly to make $200k/year but my brain kicked it after 6 months.
Damn my brain.
BTW: Damn nice car Asu174.

meaningful comparison
How much I make versus the car I drive is not really a meaningful metric. What is more meaningful is how much I make versus the cost of living. This being the case $100k+ in place where the median house costs $550k means your just getting by.

The income on this forum is weighted due to the lower average age. Of all 5th gen owners it would be higher and older. Here Maximas tend to be the primary car and owners are enthusiasts.
The Corvette Forum did a survey of C5 owners and found the average 40+ and GM research shows the new buyer mean income ~$120k.
I should add that I bought my first new Datsun, a 510, in 1969 for $1300.

There will always be exceptions. I am guessing that 95% of the members here do not live in Bel Air or Manhatten.
