Wheel Spacers
Wheel Spacers
Hello All,
I'm a new Maxima owner as of today, a 2003 SE. I have a question, do any of you know what size spacers I should install to bring the factory wheels out to near flush with the wheel wells?

here is a link, but you should look around.... I think you may be able to get them a little cheaper....

as for the fronts, it's up to you if you want to do those.... IMO, 5mm on just the rear makes the wheels look balanced

15mm in the rear are perfect. I recommend the H&R's. I got them off a member here. they make the rear wheels look 100 times better. you will definatly enjoy them. I will have pics up soon.

the benefit [imo] of going with a name brand is that you can get them to be hub centric so it'll be flush. by getting those eBay ones will probably "float" per se between the rotor and wheel. i mean you can tighten them down but there will probably be some movement.
sorry for bumping an old thread, didnt want to make a new one on the same topic. Im debating between new rims or using the the 17" i have on my other car on the max (+50 offset rims on my other car). The kits i see by eibiach h&r are 120 bucks each!

+50mm offset is horrid
I have a 03 Maxima SE Platinum Edition and I was thinking of putting wheel spacers on just on the back. Do you guys think these would work and if it would look good.

H&R or Ichiba if you want spacers, those aren't hubcentric so you end up with balance issues.
Yes it is the Titanium Edition and it has the stock wheels.
I'm looking at the H&R Spacers. So can I just order them and what's the deal with the Special #15 Note below? Do I need to be concerned about it?

15) Depending on model, axle, and year, Nissan vehicles have different diameters in the shoulder of the studs. This list provides notes and measurements of the shoulder of the studs required for installation. The wheel spacers shown will be supplied with shoulder bolts D=14.25. If you need D=12.85, please add a "1" at the end of the part number.

Another question I have is that if I go with the Eibach Pro Spacers in the 5mm or 10mm do you still need to remove the old wheel studs and replace with the longer studs. I would think not with the 5mm? Can you guys confirm. Thanks
Beat me to it. That's where I got the ones for my Camry. The price there is better than ebay.
