Tein SS Damper Coil-Over Kit!

For anyone that is interested, Tein will release the SS damper coil-over kit for 5th gen maximas. Now we have JIC and Tein, who is next?

You have any pics of what it looks like and around how much it plans on pricing for?

I checked their website, and looks like they are making something for us! Any idea on when it will be released? Follow this link: www.tein.com/nissan.html

Pretty soon I hope. Tein only have SS damper kits strictly for US market, therefore it's not their top of line stuff. I would like to see they make Flex model for our cars, but that is wishfull thinking!

Price could range from $900-$1300..depending where and how you get it!

Cool, I'm willing to wait, if it will be cheaper than the JIC FLT-A2. That setup is probably the shiznit, but it's too expensive for me. Even if the SS isn't their top-of-the-line stuff, I'm sure it will still be top quality.

Me too. JIC is just to expensive for my taste.

tein coil over kits has been out for our cars for quite a while already. i have the japanese cataloge.. and they made kits for the cefiro ever since 2000. iv'e mentioned i before two years ago, but no one has ever got a chance to brign a set over from japan to verify whether or not it actually fits.. i'mt alking about the HA coil over.. HA is real good. my bro has it amongst many other friends of mine on various cars.

Really, I can't seem to find that information on their website. Are you sure it's for A33? If it is, it will fit for sure!

I have A33 Cefiro coil-over kit from Taiwan and they fit just like it's designed for maximas..oh wait, they are the same!

Just checked, they only make it for A31, which will not fit on our cars..btw I thought Flex is their top of line model not HA, due to the fact that HA does not even have adjustable threaded base..if you lower your car too much on those systems (same as SS damper kit), the ride quality will suffer!

On the other hand, Flex model have it! So as JIC FLA-2.....

Here are a few pics with the coilovers on a 5th-Gen the rims on the car look like 18's so you can see the wheel gap. So it looks like they are doing some R&D now starts the long wait.
