Does anyone have the address (and possibly a contact name) of someone at corporate Nissan that will take a dealer complaint or issue seriously? I have a few issues and would like to get them resolved beyond the dealer level.

just call the 800-nissan1 line. its your first and last line of defense. Try not to get too upset with them.. I have found them to be alittle spiteful on later calls. I said some crappy stuff and they put a credit on hold - had to call so the dealer could get paid. Hey, I didnt say anything that wasnt true
and I didnt even point out that THEY are the reason Nissan fell to #6.
