I'm new to this forum and have a 2k SE 5sp. I think it would be very helpful to get some info out there on which mods should done and in which order. (ie. cheapest to most expensive).

more importantly which mods give you the most bang for the buck?

Which mods do not kill your warranty?

Thanks,

Jeremy

hmm Not void your warranty, perf. mod, drop in K&N air filter,

Y-Pipe, exhaust, I don't think those things void your warranty, but then you have cosmetics like body kit, rear Clear corners, Rims Lower Struts and springs.

does this make sense (performance only)

Here's what I'm currently thinking of doing:

1. FSTB
2. CAI
3. RSTB
4. Short throw shifter
5. Lowering springs
6. S/C (if I win the lotto)

I've got a FSTB and a popcharger.

This is the order I would go in if I was starting over:

1. RSB
2. FSTB
3. Eibachs
4. Tokico or similar
5. Popcharger or CAI
6. Y-pipe

Insert rims and tires wherever you please.

RSB vs. FSTB

Don't you think a FSTB would give you more bang for the buck? I've heard the 2ks are much stiffer in the rear than g4.

From all the reports I've heard RSB makes loads more difference than the FSTB since the RSB reduces body roll and the FSTB merely braces the front a bit.
