I have the Slotted-Dimpled Zinc plated rotors on for about 1 -2 months and so far so good no complaint at all, at the same time I installed the new rotor I put on the SS Brakes line with Metal masted pads and I like this set-up, the braking is definitely improved it is probably one of the best brakes set-up ( price-quality ) before going big brakes, if I will have to do it again I will probably do the same unless I have a lot of cash then it will be big brake kit. There is no rust or what so ever, it look very very clean specially with the silver painted caliper.

I don't know why people don't use Hawks : I've got the metalmasters on temporarily right now because I wanted to see how they feel.. but quite frankly, when you push your car a little harder, they stink.

Dimpled/slotted rotors..>
I have a set of fronts on my 5th gen. They work great and look fine after 2 months of use. There is a "wizzing" noise when getting hard on the brakes but you get use to it. Install is very easy. I'm using them with Porterfield R4S pads and the two together are impressive.

I get ZERO noise. Only problem is that I warped the front the 2nd day I got them cause I did not let them break in. I had to brake hard from 100+mph cause dude cut me off. I guess I smoked them.
I need to get another set.

I've had my rotors on for about 2 months now and I don't have any complaints. It is nice to finally brake without any judder I used to get from the stock rotors. I get compliments on them all the time. Finally, no rust after it rains either.
