Question on stock, OEM airboxes: Is there

any difference between the 2000-2001 (3 liter) and 2002+ (3.5 liter)factory airboxes? Are the runners/plenums different..is the scoop that feeds cold air from the front edge of the hood the same on both or is overall the 3.5 liter airbox/filter larger? etc etc etc.

You guys can see where I'm going with this...could there be a benefit -sans noise- to install a 3.5 lier airbox into a 3 liter car?

No benefit. The TB opening is bigger on the 2k2-2k3. Dont even think a full swap will work then.

But dont seen any gains from this, plus it is too much money to buy these parts to do this.
