OK looking for more tire recommendations

i know how everyone loves the pilot sport a/s's. but i have NO need for all season performance. it rains like a foot a year here. so i what i'm looking for is primarily dry performance without being deafeningly loud. i'm on my second set of z rated tires now and i enjoy outstanding dry and wet grip. however, we all know that the max isn't the greatest barrier to road noise so the noise levels can get quite bothersome on longer drivers.
so i'd like to know if you guys have any recommendations for a quieter running tire that won't sacrifice too much in performance.

thanks.

s-02s huh? i was considering bridgestones as well, but the s-03 pp instead. louder?

interesting that you mentioned the DBs. do you have any experiences with them? anyone you know have em? i'd be very interested in getting some info. i've been looking into those off and on but the tirerack polls show uneven tread wear.
otherwise they seem to be exactly what i'm looking for.
