Brake Pad Recommendations

My front brakes are squeeking, which means its time for new pads. I was using Performance Friction Carbon Metallics. They were great pads and am thinking about buying them again. What other pads are there out there that people have had good results with? I plan on doing a little tracking, so they have to be fade resistent.

Came upon these after doing a little research on Autozone.com:

PFC-CEREMIC BRAKE PAD/SHOE - FRONT for a 2000 NISSAN/DATSUN MAXIMA

Unit Price: $42.99

They are Performance Friction Ceramics. I have never seen these available for our cars before. They are 10 bucks more than the Carbon Metallics I have on now. Has anyone ever tried these???

I have porterfields and they work great, even when not warmed up...
