Installed Tokico blues and Eibachs

I installed them this weekend. The ride comfort is
really not much harsher. Its smoother and handling is much improved. I had a 2000 gxe suspension.
very satisfied with the handling.
As for the looks though the drop in the front looks nice, about a finger and a half gap all around. In the back though It seems to have dropped a little too much. about a half fingre gap an top of the fender then spreads out a little more down. I may go back to stock springs in the rear. But all in all this is a nice set up

I have the same setup on my Max. BTW it rides much better with the Tokicos than with the stock struts. Anyway, the rear wheel gap is less because the wheel cutout is smaller in back than in front. This gives the appearance that the rear is lower. If you look at the body compared to the ground, it's pretty level. Optical illusion.

you are right it is level now but the appearance of the rear wheel being "tucked" is bugging me a little. I may either put the stock springs back on and the car will actually be angled down, or get some h&r wheel spacers.

Did you guys get new dust boots with your Tokicos or did you reuse the stock ones?

Well done...enjoy the ride, I too have the

same setup and likewise, enjoy the bit firmer -but much better damped- ride & handling.

Agree with u also on the rears...it is an optical illusion -albeit a pretty pronounced one...half-inch spacers will do miracles methinks, but that much spacing could require new wheel studs...maybe next year -or whenever I need to pull the rear disks/hub

Mine were installed by a tire/wheel shop, so I don't know. I just know that it was recommended that the bump stops be trimmed.

that what I have been telling everybody.....how harsh the ride of a brand of spring is based on how much fat u have on ur butt! j/k I have eibach too....to me, there ride is not harsh at all...I still can stand it. But some ppl hated the ride quality.

congrats on the install...
