They turned the rotors (can anyone tell me what this is?) and replaced shims and pads. We'll see how long that lasts.

Also had my 3rd oil change. Just recently hit 10k miles. Whee!

Lastly, this is the third time I've had it in dealing with the brakes and bumper (TSB). First time they couldn't repro till I drove them in it and showed it to them. Second time they didn't have the parts in for the brakes. This time, the brakes are done, but they just now figured out the bumper clips are on back order. Well DUH!!

Oh well. Its free.

Turning rotors means they milled off xxx amount of material off of both sides of the rotor to make then true. ie.. not warped anymore.

Warped rotors and the deal where the trunk scratches the bumper.

where the Brakes fixed under warrenty? My brakes are begining the squeak ALOT!! and I was wondering if it was. Also, what is this about the trunk scratching the bumper? Does it leave a black mark?
