Help with '00 SE

I have a used 5-spd. '00 Maxima SE, almost 30,000 miles.
The car was fine when I first got it around 25,000 miles.
Now occasionally when I start the car and turn the wheel, there's a strange screeching noise from the wheels. It happens sometimes driving over rough roads too.
Sometimes it's hard to get into certain gears too, and on the highway the car would sometimes vibrate, with barely audible sounds
from the shifter/gearbox.

I thought maybe it's the clutch, but when I brought it to dealer service dept., and the guys told me the clutch is fine, probably just need some belts replaced. Would doing the 30,000 mile
service fix the problems?

Anyone have similar problems? Any suggestions, please help!!

Well screeching noise comes up when you turn at low speeds?
I had this on my 2000 Max and it had something to do with strut mount bushing or something. They replaced the whole strut assemble.

Might be something as simple as a loose belt
