You'll be replacing the line that goes to the caliper. One for each wheel. There is a banjo fitting on the end that goes to the caliper and the other end is a threaded female flare nut. Very easy and straight forward. You have to pull 2 spring retaining clips from the line at each wheel. I used a ball peen hammer and channel locks to put them back on. You'll need brake bleeding tools and new brake fluid for when you bleed brakes. Should take about 90 minutes for everything! Very easy.

can i do just do the fronts for now or do i have to do the entire brake assembly??? u see what happened is that my brakes crapped out on me due to the pads breaking. so im getting brand new X-drilled rotors and brake pads for the fronts.

Might as well do all 4 because you'll have to rebleed your brakes anyways (don't want to do it twice). The set comes with all 4 lines.

The brake bleeding procedure, right rear and left front, then left rear and right front will have you taking off rear wheels to bleed rears, while the rears are already off you may as well do the rear lines which you already have from the kit. 90 minutes time to do the work is for all 4 wheels. If you are going to do it, do it right, these are your brakes, they keep you away from other cars and telephone poles. There are 2 things I never cut corners on, tires and brakes!
