Just spoke to lady a Tirerack and....
Have a question. I have read EVERY post on springs but need to know if the H&R sport springs for 2003 SE are less stiff than the Eibach. The reason I ask this is because a lady named Tara at Tirerack said that the H&R kit would be stiffer than the Eibach. From what I have read the H&R is less stiff. I am really confused here... If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

Yes, most people say that H&R is less stiff than Eibach. I have H&R's, but I have not ridden in a car with Eibachs so I cannot confirm that statement.

H&Rs are closer to stock..>
Forget what you heard on the phone. H&Rs are the closest to the stock ride as you'll get with aftermarket springs. They lower the car about 1.4 inches and still give a close to factory ride. I've riden in cars with both suspensions and I installed H&Rs due to the softer ride.
