I have a 2k2 and want to trade for the G35 coupe.

I've seen the spy photos of the 6th gen, but it doesn't look too appealing to me, although I don't know what the numbers are on it yet. I saw a 350Z on the road the other day and it is bad azz! add two small seats and you have the G35 coupe. And 6spd!!

What are the projected numbers on the 6th gen??

if i didnt have a mortgage....I'd trade in for the 350Z

or possibly even the new Audi A8

of course the resale value on my car has gone to sh*t anyway.

The 6th gen is ugly, at least in spy pics. I dunno yet. If it has dual exhaust and looks better in person, I might consider it. Just have to wait and see.

just wait to see the final photos of the 2k4 maxima. If you don't like it, get a used 2k2/2k3, you will get a great deal then. The prices will drop because of a new generation out. If you want a brand new car, I don't know what to say Sorry

I think you should wait until the 6th gen, 2K4 is released, Nissan always keep surprising us with new features and more power from year after year in the Maxima, why should they change that winning combination ? I have a 2K1 which I'd like to boost sooner or later, but if Nissan release a Kick a$$ 6th gen model with greater power, I might trade otherwise like I'm already planning I will keep my 2K1 and invest in some kind of boost.

Cheers

Re: 2k3 or 6th gen..?

Well, I personally think the 6th-gen will simply be a bigger and (maybe) better-looking Altima. I really like the Altima, don't get me wrong. But I think it's already a little too big for my tastes. It's only rational to think the "rumors" are true in that the new Max will be yet even bigger. I think my Max's size is just right as it is. My decision on getting my 2k2 was based on the fact that I really don't care HOW NICE the 6th-gen will be, if I feel the size will increase significantly. Which, IMOH it will...

If I'm wrong... ME

Totally wait...as mentioned, if you don't like it, the price for a 2k3 will be a LOT less. Also, it might be one hell-of-a car. Althought it's supposed to be BIGGER...since the Alti took our slot in size.

Other con: 1st year of a totally new build = problems.

I'd still wait...or just get the G35 coupe....my personal dream ride.

Spy shots are throw offs. They intentionally make the prototype vehicles ugly.
